Modelling and analysis of lifetime data with covariate measurement error
Brief description
Our study deals with modelling and analyzing competing risks data that arise with covariates having measurement errors.
Research plan
1. Propose a linear transformation model for right-censored competing risks data with covariates measurement error.
2. Extend that to propose a linear transformation model for right-censored competing risks data with the missing causes of failure and covariates measurement error.
3. Propose a cause-specific hazards model for right-censored competing risks data with covariates measurement error.
4. Propose a model for interval-censored competing risks data with covariate measurement error.
For each of these plans, our objective is to derive novel estimating techniques for estimating the model parameters, prove the asymptotic properties of those estimators, carry out the simulation study to examine the finite sample properties of the estimator of the model parameters, and finally to demonstrate with the real data application.
